Both Justin and Drew are very professional. Very knowledgeable at what they do.. they have helped me 110% downloading information that they need to get this loan approved, if I ever had a problem, they were right there to help me. Their expertise is amazing no matter what questions were asked. I got the answer. Amerisave is very lucky to have them as a part of their staff.!!!

Like online access to any information discussed on phone, and uploading of data; Easy access to loan status, updates readily available, all questions answered quickly, details sent in writing, easy access to people handling loan and each process is explained. The process started out really great. I was not informed in how long the process would last and the amount of evidence that had to be submitted for approval. The people I have worked with had been great. I would have given excellent except for the comment stated above.

Richard and Ana make a great team. They answered my questions and were able to put me at ease through the process. My experience with these two individuals made it easy for me to follow system instructions. I am very satisfied with the service I received.
