I have worked with Deneen Scott, and she has been very helpful and patient with me in getting my documents together. Has stayed in contact with on a daily basis. Could not have gotten anyone better than her.

My loan officer Brady and loan processor Tanya have been extremely responsive whenever I have a question and a true pleasure to work with! So glad I had them to guide me through the process of getting an home equity loan.

I haven't closed yet (in 2 more days so I'm told) but if things go as planned, it has only taken less than 2 weeks start to finish. Documentation requests have been reasonable as well.

Eric Caudill and Lesley Bergamesco were so easy to work with, and the process was very simple. The only thing I had trouble with was verifying my identity - not good at taking selfies.

Great service and outstanding communication has been the normal with the employees who have been guiding my loan process from start to finish. My questions and or concerns were addressed daily. I had communication directed towards me 7 days a week since the loan process began. The on line technology being used is awesome and ahead of its time.
