from the begining the process has seemed seamless. Each step was to conduct, instructions and assistance from or Loan Officer was excellent. The website was also very friendly, uploading documents and task list was easy to understand and perform. Review to closing was fairly quick, and we are now awaiting to close.

Gloria was a pleasure to work with. The daily emails however didn’t coordinate with the current steps in the process. Example is: today I was in the midst of signing my closing documents and I got an email saying my approval was in process. With that being said Gloria is a keeper and talking with her was a comfortable and helpful thing.

I was glad that I was able to do a little bit more research and background on this company and read the reviews. Made it possible for me to go ahead and make my decision to go with you guys lots of paperwork which the closing cost would’ve been less but everything else was preprofessional and was handled the way I like it to be thank you Miss Thomas.
