At AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation (“AmeriSave”), we are dedicated to upholding a strict code of ethics and business practices. In doing so, we are committed to protecting the privacy and security of those who access and use our website (“Site”). This Privacy Policy describes the personal information that AmeriSave (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects in the course of business, explains how this information is collected, used, shared, and disclosed
What is Personal Information?
Personal information is information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with you or your household (“personal information”). “Personal information” does not include: (1) publicly available information, such as information that is lawfully made available from federal, state, or local records, and (2) de-identified or aggregate consumer information.
Collection and Use of Your Personal Information
For all visitors to its Site, AmeriSave collects general data pertaining to each Site visitor, such as the visitor’s IP address, operating system, browser type and version number, and the web pages viewed. This information is aggregated with all other visitor information. You may also provide financial information to us through this Site for the purpose of considering an extension of credit to you and extending credit to you. Thus, AmeriSave will receive through this Site personal information, which means information by which specific individuals can be identified, including by name, identification number, mailing address, email address, and other personal characteristics or attributes, from those who provide it to AmeriSave through the Site.
The CCPA, OCPA, MNCDPA, CTDPA, and MTCDPA require us to further disclose certain information regarding our collection, use, and sharing of personal information. However, as a business, we are subject to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA). The CCPA, OCPA, and MCDPA provide an exemption for personal information that is covered by the GLBA. The GLBA exemption does not completely remove financial institutions from the scope of CCPA, OCPA, and MNCDPA, and CTDPA, MTCDPA, however, this section of the privacy policy outlines our processing activities related to only the personal information in scope. The following table outlines the categories of personal information that we have collected about consumers. For each category, if applicable, we have identified the categories of sources from which that information was collected, the business or commercial purpose(s) for which the information was collected, and the categories of third parties with whom we share personal information. Business or commercial purposes are defined as follows:
Account Services: Account services include: (1) fulfilling or meeting the reason for which the personal information was provided. For example, if you have provided personal information to us in order to obtain financing, we will use that information to determine if you qualify for such financing and under what terms and conditions; (2) providing services, products, or information you may have requested from us; and (3) performing services such as maintaining or servicing accounts, providing customer service, processing or fulfilling orders and transactions, verifying customer information, processing payments, providing financing, providing analytic services, or providing similar services on our own behalf or on the service provider’s behalf.
Security and Fraud Detection: Security and fraud detection services include detecting security incidents, protecting against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity; and prosecuting those responsible for that activity.
Debugging: We engage in debugging to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality in our systems.
Improvement of Products and Services: We use personal information to verify, maintain, and improve our products and services.
Internal Research: We use personal information for our internal research related to technological development and demonstration.
Legal Obligations: We use personal information to fulfill legal obligations. Those may include fulfilling or meeting the regulatory reporting requirements (e.g., Home Mortgage Disclosure Act, state and federal reporting).
Job Qualification: We may use your personal information if you are applying for a position at AmeriSave to determine if you meet the applicable job qualifications.
Short-term Transient Use: We may use your personal information for short term, transient use.
Audits: We use personal information to audit current interactions with you and related transactions (e.g., counting and verifying ad impressions, auditing compliance).
Merger/Acquisition/Bankruptcy, etc.: We may use your personal information as part of a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, or other transaction where a third party assumes control of us.
Commercial/Economic Interests: We use personal information to advance our commercial or economic interests.

Sale and Sharing of Personal Information
AmeriSave may share personal information with third parties, or with affiliates of AmeriSave, in order to provide you advertising related to our products and services, in order to process your requests related to our products and services.
Information Provided by You and Collected by AmeriSave, which may be shared with these third-party service providers, may include:
Client name, address, employment history, social security numbers, income, credit balances, property insurance coverage and other representations made by the client.
Client payment history, account balance, and other transactional information.
Information obtained from consumer credit-reporting agencies (including credit history and creditworthiness).
AmeriSave may also disclose information in response to subpoenas, governmental requests or other legal process, or to otherwise protect our legal or contractual obligations. AmeriSave will never rent, sell, or share any personal information to third party marketers except as permitted by AmeriSave’s Privacy Policy and as otherwise permitted by applicable law.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for third party marketing/promotional purposes without the customer’s explicit consent. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
AmeriSave does not currently sell your personal information as the term is defined under applicable privacy laws, however, we do “share” the following categories of personal information as defined by the CCPA, OCPA, MNCDPA, CTDPA, and MTCDPA to our cookie and tracker providers:
Internet/Network activity; and
Geolocation data.
AmeriSave does not knowingly sell personal information of California, Oregon, Minnesota, Connecticut, and Montana. consumers under the age of sixteen (16) years.
Amerisave does not sell personal information for profiling purposes.
Cookies and Advertising Technologies
AmeriSave uses cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to track and analyze visitors' use of the Site, secure and confirm information when users access secure areas of the Site, communicate with consumers, improve services, and provide advertising related to our products and services.
We work with third-party advertising, analytics, and communication providers that may collect information about your interactions with our website and advertisements, including through cookies and similar technologies. Certain vendors may associate information collected through these technologies with identifiers, such as your email address, for marketing purposes.
AmeriSave utilizes Google Analytics and other analytics services to better understand how visitors use the Site, prepare reports regarding website activity, improve our services, and support advertising efforts. Google and other service providers may use information collected through these technologies in accordance with their own privacy practices. You can opt-out of the use of this technology through the Google Analytics opt-out browser add on, Google Ad Settings, and Ad Settings for mobile apps.
Data Processing and Data Deletion Rights
How We Process Personal Information
AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation ("AmeriSave," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, stores, analyzes, transmits, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information to provide and improve our products and services, operate and secure our Site and applications, communicate with users, evaluate and process requests and transactions, conduct analytics and advertising, prevent fraud, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and exercise or defend legal rights.
The personal information we may process includes:
Identifiers and contact information, such as name, postal address, email address, telephone number, account or profile identifiers, online identifiers, and Internet Protocol address;
Financial, credit, employment, property, transaction, and account information provided in connection with a loan inquiry, application, underwriting, closing, servicing, or other requested financial service;
Internet, device, and electronic activity information, such as browser type, operating system, device information, pages viewed, referring source, interactions with websites, applications, or advertisements, and information collected through cookies, pixels, web beacons, and similar technologies;
Marketing and communication preferences;
Information received through social media platforms, authentication services, lead forms, or similar third-party integrations when you choose to interact with or connect to those services; and
Other information that you voluntarily provide through our Site, applications, forms, advertisements, communications, or customer service channels.
We may process this information by collecting it directly from you or from service providers and other permitted sources; recording and organizing it in our systems; using it to provide, secure, analyze, and improve our services; sharing or transmitting it to affiliates, service providers, regulators, auditors, or other parties as described in this Privacy Policy; and retaining, deleting, de-identifying, or anonymizing it in accordance with applicable law and our record-retention requirements.
Information Received Through Meta Platforms and Other Third-Party Services
If you choose to interact with AmeriSave through Facebook Login, Facebook Lead Ads, Instagram, or another Meta service or third-party platform, AmeriSave may receive information that you authorize or direct the platform to provide. Depending on the service, your settings, and the permissions you grant, this information may include your name, email address, telephone number, profile or platform identifier, lead form responses, and other information you choose to submit.
AmeriSave may collect, store, use, analyze, transmit, disclose, and otherwise process this information to respond to your request, provide requested products or services, administer or authenticate an account, communicate with you, measure and improve our services and advertising, maintain security, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and exercise or defend legal rights. AmeriSave processes information received through these services in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the permissions you grant.
Data Deletion Requests Available to All Users
All users who can access our Site, applications, or services may request deletion of personal information that AmeriSave has collected from or about them, including information received through Meta services or other third-party platforms. This deletion-request right is available regardless of the user's state of residence, subject to the limitations described below.

Please identify the request as a "Data Deletion Request" and, if applicable, state that the request concerns information received through Facebook, Instagram, or another Meta service. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity, confirm your authority to act for another individual, locate the relevant information, and protect against fraudulent requests.
How We Respond to Deletion Requests
After verifying a deletion request, AmeriSave will delete the personal information covered by the request or direct the applicable service provider to do so, unless an exception applies.
AmeriSave may retain information when required or permitted by applicable law or reasonably necessary to complete a transaction or provide a requested service; service or administer a loan or account; comply with legal, regulatory, audit, reporting, record-retention, litigation-hold, or contractual obligations; detect or prevent fraud, security incidents, or unlawful activity; protect legal rights; or support other internal uses permitted by law and compatible with the context in which the information was provided. Information retained under an exception will remain protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Right to Opt-Out of the Sharing of Personal Information:

Right to Know About Personal Information Collected, Used, or Disclosed:
You have the right to know what Personal Information we have collected about you, including the categories of sources from which the Personal Information is collected; the business or commercial purpose for collecting, selling, or sharing Personal Information; the categories of third parties to which we disclose Personal Information; the categories of Personal Information we disclose to third parties; and the specific pieces of Personal Information we have collected about you. You may make requests “to know” or access specific pieces of Personal Information twice in any 12-month period.
Right to Request Deletion of Personal Information:
You have the right to request that we delete Personal Information that we have collected from or about you, subject to certain exceptions.
Right to Request the Correction of Personal Information:
You have the right to correct inaccurate Personal Information that we may maintain about you, subject to appropriate verification.

Right to Question the Results of a Controller's Profiling:
Residents of Minnesota and Connecticut have the right to question decisions made based on the profiling of their personal data when such decisions produce legal or similarly significant effects. Consumers can request an explanation of the profiling process, the reasoning behind the decision, and guidance on actions they could take to achieve a different outcome in the future. Consumers also have the right to review the personal data used in the profiling. If the decision is found to be based on inaccurate data, consumers can request that the data be corrected and the decision reevaluated. Security
AmeriSave has implemented physical, administrative, and technical safeguards to maintain the security, confidentiality, and integrity of your information. However, as no transmission of information over the internet is absolutely secure, we cannot guarantee the safety of your information.
Communication Preferences
By submitting your name, email address, and phone number anywhere on Amerisave.com you may receive phone calls and emails regarding your interest in AmeriSave. If AmeriSave receives your information through third party lead providers, you may receive phone and email correspondence regarding your interest in a mortgage. AmeriSave will contact you via email and phone during your loan process as needed to complete your loan. We may also contact you in the future to provide information regarding other financial or consumer products that we feel may interest you. You may opt-out of any correspondence which is not directly linked to your transaction by clicking on the unsubscribe or manage email subscriptions link in any non-transactional email. Customers may not opt-out of emails directly related to their transaction with AmeriSave.
Policy Revisions and Updates
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, remove, or otherwise revise portions of this Privacy Policy at any time. When we do, we will post the change(s) to our Services. Your continued use of our Services following the posting of changes to these terms means you accept these changes. If we change the Privacy Policy in a material way, we will provide appropriate notice to you. Such notice may be provided via a temporary banner on our Site, an email sent to users for whom we have an email address, or by temporarily noting “UPDATED” next to the Privacy Policy link on the footer of our Site
AmeriSave reserves the right to change its practices concerning information gathered from visitors to its websites. If such changes occur, this Privacy Policy will be updated. Visitors should check back periodically to confirm the then-current terms of this Policy.
